When is Check-in/Check-out time?
Guaranteed check-in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 11 a.m.
*Early arrivals are not guaranteed but we do try to accommodate arrival times as much as possible. Late checkouts are not granted until the day of departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled seven days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. Holidays and special events may have a different cancellation policy in place.

Are beach chairs included?
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent throughout your stay.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
Breakfast is not included in your accommodation rate, however you can take advantage of our 'Bed & Breakfast Package' to enjoy complimentary breakfast during your stay.

Which resort restaurants require reservations?
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
Reservations are strongly recommended for our Seahorse Grille and Golf Club Dining Room. The Surf Deck Grille, Surf Club Patio, and Beach Side Snack Bar are seated first come, first served.
The Lodge & Club
The Sea View Grille, Sea View Lounge, and Oasis are all first come, first served. The Barefoot Bistro is our most quick and casual dining experience for those enjoying the pools and fitness facility.

Can I bring my own wine to the restaurants?
Yes, you may bring your own bottle to enjoy while dining on property for a $35 corkage fee.

Our restaurants offer abundant options for all food restrictions, allergies, etc.

What is the dress code for the dining on property?
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
Dining dress codes at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club vary by venue. The Inn Dining Room observes Resort Casual attire at breakfast and Smart Casual in the evening, while the Golf Club Dining Room is Resort Casual; in both venues, ripped jeans, T-shirts, flip-flops, beachwear, and athletic attire are not permitted, and gentlemen are required to wear collared shirts, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. Beachside venues, including the Beachside Snack Bar, Driftwood House, the Bar at the Driftwood House, and the Sandpiper Food Truck, follow a more relaxed Resort Casual standard, while the Gourmet Shop is Resort Casual at all times; swimwear must be covered and footwear is required.

The Lodge & Club
Dining at The Lodge & Club is Resort Casual across all venues, with the exception of Seaview Grille, which observes Smart Casual attire for dinner; collared shirts, long pants, and closed-toed shoes are required. Reservations are recommended for Seaview Grille, while all other dining outlets are first come, first served—guests may check with the concierge regarding current wait times.

Do you provide shuttle service?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service between both resorts. Additionally, our Concierge can arrange car and limousine transfers to local destinations for your convenience, with applicable fees.

Can I bring my pet?
No pets are allowed on property.

Are there areas that are accessible to those with disabilities?
We want all guests to feel accommodated and comfortable. We offer accessible rooms at both resorts, and all of our amenities and dining around both resorts can be enjoyed by all.

What is included in the resort fee?
While you are staying on property, we provide Wi-Fi, twice-daily housekeeping, in-room coffee and tea, full access to our fitness center and most fitness classes, e-press reader, self-parking, and complimentary valet service is available.

Are there activities for kids and teens?
Ponte Vedra Resorts offer daily kids activities from movie nights, craft time, adventure camps, and a putting green in front of the Historic Inn. The Lodge & Club also offers youth-focused events and programs throughout the year. Teens may enjoy our culinary events and those interested in a little more fun in the sun, can rent paddleboards from both of resort properties.
