New Executive Chef Announced
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL. (March 2014)
The Lodge & Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Talley as the new Executive Chef. A native of Georgia, he graduated from Florida State College with a Degree in Culinary Arts where he developed a zealous devotion to food styling and artful cooking. He brings more than two decades of culinary experience to his current position. Most recently he has served as both Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Chef Talley describes his culinary style as classical European or French featuring contemporary presentations and southern inspired ingredients. His seasonal menus are planned around the freshest products creating unique combinations of sophisticated cuisine.
