Have you implemented any new staff policies and procedures to keep things clean and safe?
While you have been away (or waiting to visit), our team has been busy making sure our picturesque properties are ready for your return. We stand ready to provide the warm, gracious hospitality we are known for, all while keeping you safe and healthy. Sanitizer stations are available throughout our lobbies and other high traffic areas. We also have additional handwashing stations for staff and have implemented new protocols that include more frequent handwashing in all departments, for all positions.
Social distancing and frequent handwashing are key to defending our staff and guests against illness, and when social distancing is not entirely possible (for example, in the lobbies and other high traffic areas), our team members are required to wear masks (as per the CDC’s recommendation of masks as a protective measure for others vs. oneself). Additionally, team members (depending on role and responsibility) will wear gloves, when appropriate. All vendors are also required to wear a mask and gloves when on our property.
Beyond masks, social distancing, and increased handwashing, our team members and vendors will undergo temperature and health scans prior to entering the resorts.
